BBDation underwent a comprehensive packaging and brand refresh to update its outdated design while preserving the successful foundation formula. I oversaw the redesign, including new shades, naming, and logo development. The final aesthetic introduced a nude-pink and gold matte finish to create a warm, modern shelf presence.
